Subsystem of personal area of the developer and supervisory authority

Objectives of creating a subsystem:

• implementation of the requirements of the Federal Law of December 30, 2004 № 214-FL «On participation in the shared construction of apartment buildings and other real estate objects and on introducing amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation»  regarding the formation of the project declaration by the developer and changes to the project declaration;

• implementation of the requirements of the Federal Law of July 29, 2017 № 218-FL «On a Public Law Company for the Protection of the Rights of Citizens - Participants in Share Building in Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Developers and on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation»;

• automation of filling in the project declaration approved by order of the Ministry of Construction of Russia of 12/20/2016 № 996 / pr «On approval of the form of the project declaration».

The subsystem automates the following business processes:

• formation by the developer of project declarations;
• fulfillment by the developer and supervisory authority of the requirements of № 214-FL regarding the provision of the Unified Information System for Housing Construction;
• information interaction DOM.RF, developers and regulatory agencies.
