Requirements
  • Successful experience in recruiting in IT-companies
  • Ability to independently build and optimize all processes
  • Knowledge of the specifics of the IT market: salaries, conditions, motivation, career steps and professional development. Knowledge of industry leaders, competitors
  • Experience in creating an attractive HR brand
  • Possession of various methods of personnel evaluation and selection of candidates
